At an affordable rate, our education professionals will support you
through the entire process during the limited time before your
assignment — from organizing information on candidate schools, checking
grade-level availability, to reviewing application documents.
We will listen to your preferences and assist with school selection. We
narrow down candidate schools, and bilingual staff will accompany you to
school visits to provide interpretation. We will also ask questions on
your behalf to school representatives, so you don't have to worry even
if education-related English comes up.

International School Fair & Other Events
We hold international school fairs every March in Tokyo and every September in Singapore, inviting school representatives. (Free admission)
Especially the Tokyo fair is an ideal event for families who have been assigned overseas, as well as those considering educational relocation or studying abroad, to gather information. Many families visit us every year.
As a fair organized by an education agency, experienced Culture Connection staff fly in from Singapore to meet everyone — it is a major, full-scale event.
Meeting in person can reveal things you wouldn't otherwise see. We encourage you to participate.
In addition, lectures by our representative Okabe, online seminars, and events at ACS International, where we serve as the regional office, are also held regularly.

Other Services
Document Translation (with Certification)
We provide English translation of school transcripts, application
documents, and more. Documents translated by us can be submitted to
schools as official English documents.
We also handle translation of transcripts required for international
school enrollment for children with special needs, developmental
disabilities, or in support classes.
NIR Vaccination Record Registration Service
We also handle proxy applications for vaccination record registration,
which is required for visa applications for children under 12 years
old.
Please have your child's health record book ready, and we will guide you
through the remaining procedures in an easy-to-understand manner.
This document is required before starting the visa application process.
It takes approximately 2 months, so please consult us early if you have
concerns.

Culture Connection Tutoring
Culture Connection offers a tutoring service that meets various English
learning needs, including "Basic English" and "English Conversation" to
support children's smooth transition to school life when enrolling in an
international school for the first time, as well as "Exam Preparation"
for international school entrance exams and ACS International
admissions.
We have a thorough support system in place so that students who feel
anxious about "English-medium classes at school" can study with
confidence.
